Psychiatrist Supervisor – Yardley, PA

Role Overview

You will supervise mental health clinicians, provide case consultation, and assist with challenging treatment and clinical decisions. The schedule is flexible, and all work is completed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clinicians through secure virtual platforms.
• Provide guidance on diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Review safety concerns and complex patient needs.
• Support ethical practice and clear documentation.
• Mentor clinicians and offer practical feedback.

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited psychiatry residency.
• Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
• Supervision or leadership experience preferred.

• Hourly rate of $200 to $300
• Flexible hours
• Fully remote arrangement
• No relocation required
• Ability to maintain other professional responsibilities
