We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 8-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React JS. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across both front-end and back-end development, experience working in cloud-native environments, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in Agile teams. Key technologies commonly associated with this role include Java, Spring Boot, React JS, Microservices, Git, CI/CD, and enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and React JS.

• Build secure and high-performance RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver world-class solutions.

• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.

• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to improve software quality and deployment efficiency.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis.

• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience working in large-scale distributed systems and cloud-based environments.

• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and drive end-to-end solution delivery.

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large-scale product engineering environments.

• Exposure to event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka.

• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.

• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, ELK, or Dynatrace.

• Experience leading offshore/onshore development teams.
