NEOS Engineering Recruitment are working with a global OEM who are looking to appoint a Field Service Engineer to cover Kent and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business known for investing in its engineers, providing industry-leading training and offering long-term career progression.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of heavy construction machinery at customer sites, ensuring equipment remains safe, reliable and operational.

The Role Service, maintain and repair heavy plant equipment at customer sites.<br />Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.<br />Carry out routine inspections, preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs.<br />Complete all relevant service documentation accurately.<br />Deliver excellent customer service while representing a premium OEM.<br />Cover Kent and the surrounding region.

The Candidate Previous experience working on heavy plant, construction plant or agricultural machinery.<br />Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.<br />Experience working as a Field Service Engineer or Mobile Plant Engineer.<br />Full UK Driving Licence.<br />Self-motivated with excellent customer-facing skills.
