Tech Lead MDM (Reltio)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead Master Data Management (MDM) with strong expertise in Reltio to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), data modeling, entity configuration, match and merge rules, APIs, and integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions.
• Configure and manage Reltio data models, entities, relationships, survivorship, and business rules.
• Develop and support integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
• Design and optimize match and merge strategies to ensure high-quality master data.
• Develop, consume, and troubleshoot Reltio APIs and integration services.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.
• Perform data analysis, data quality assessments, and data governance implementation.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices guidance to development teams.
• Support production deployments, issue resolution, and ongoing platform enhancements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years of hands-on Reltio MDM experience.
• Strong expertise in Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
• Experience with data model design, entity configuration, relationships, and survivorship rules.
• Hands-on experience with match/merge configuration and data quality management.
• Strong knowledge of Reltio REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and cloud-based integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
