VTC Technician with Security Clearance

Title: VTC Technician Duration: Full -Time Role Location: Oceanside, CA (100% Onsite) Client: CAMP Pendleton Naval Hospital Clearance: Active Secret or Above Certification: Security Description: Assist in setting up and operating VTC equipment including cameras, microphones, displays, and control systems. Support the scheduling and testing of VTC calls and meetings to ensure proper functionality. Provide first-level troubleshooting and support for VTC hardware and software issues. Monitor live VTC sessions to ensure quality and address any technical issues in real-time.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues. Maintain inventory of VTC equipment and perform basic preventative maintenance. Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions accurately in ticketing systems. Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues to senior staff when needed. Stay current with evolving VTC technologies and tools.
