Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst for a contract position with a Global Medical Technology Company located in Irvine, CA. This is a 3 month contract opportunity.

This is an individual contributor role responsible for leading the design and support of commercial business intelligence applications and architecture. The ideal candidate will work with commercial and sales operations business partners to understand and prioritize data and information requirements, solve complex technical problems, and optimize the performance of business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and support of commercial business intelligence applications and architecture
• Work with commercial / sales ops business partners to understand and prioritize data and information requirements
• Solve complex technical problems
• Optimize the performance of business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and index that add value to the user
• Create testing methodology and criteria
• Design and coordinate a curriculum for coaching and training customers in the use of business intelligence tools to enhance business decision-making capability
• Develop standards, policies and procedures for the form, structure and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems
• Develop data/information quality metrics
• Research new technology and develop business cases to support enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions

Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 4 or more years of applicable work experience
• Professional mastery of a specialized field of expertise
• Expected to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information

Pay range: $81.29 - $91.29 per hour
