Mid-Senior Product / UX Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Mid-Senior Product/UX Designer in Juno Beach, FL (Florida).

Key Tasks

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, workflows, and pain points
• Design intuitive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces for digital and enterprise software products
• Create process maps, user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Partner with UX, product, engineering, and data science teams to design interfaces for AI-focused products and solutions
• Lead design discussions, workshops, and user feedback sessions
• Translate business and user requirements into practical, innovative design solutions
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs
• Work within Scaled Agile methodologies and manage design activities through JIRA
• Use Figma for design and Claude Code/LLM prompting for prototyping and AI-assisted UI development
• Deliver production-intended UI code aligned with established design-system guidelines
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards, including ADA Level AA requirements
• Document and clearly communicate research findings and design recommendations

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design and user research experience with digital, software, or enterprise applications
• Experience partnering with data science teams to design AI-centric products
• Strong experience with Figma, prototyping, and LLM prompting
• Experience using AI-assisted tools to support UI design and code generation
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and end-user feedback sessions
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile methodologies and JIRA
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and design-system best practices
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to lead design conversations and workshops across technical and business teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
