ASAP Our Government Public Sector client is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead (SFIA Level 5) to support a large-scale Agile software engineering programme.

This role is ideal for a delivery professional with a strong background in leading complex software development initiatives, managing multiple Agile teams, and driving successful delivery outcomes within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities Lead delivery across Agile software engineering teams.<br />Coordinate multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and delivery plans.<br />Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.<br />Manage RAID logs, governance activities, and stakeholder reporting.<br />Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.<br />Build strong relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders, and programme leadership.

Essential Skills &amp; Experience Proven experience operating at SFIA Level 5 as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, or similar.<br />Strong track record delivering Agile software engineering projects and programmes.<br />Experience managing multiple Agile teams and concurrent delivery workstreams.<br />Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.<br />Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.<br />Demonstrable experience managing risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery reporting.<br />Excellent planning, leadership, and organisational skills.

Desirable Experience Public sector or government programme delivery experience.<br />Experience working alongside Java engineering teams.<br />Understanding of cloud-native environments, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.<br />Active SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance
