Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer<br />London<br />£50,000 per annum + £140 per week Call-Out + Unlimited Overtime Options Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider covering commercial properties across London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a long-term role with a competitive salary, generous call-out allowance and plenty of overtime available.

The Role You'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings. The role involves fault finding, testing and inspection, ensuring all electrical systems are maintained safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities - Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems.<br />- Attend reactive maintenance call-outs and diagnose electrical faults.<br />- Complete electrical testing and inspection works.<br />- Carry out repairs and minor installation works.<br />- Ensure all work is completed in line with current regulations and health &amp; safety procedures.<br />- Accurately complete job reports and maintenance documentation.<br />- Participate in the on-call rota.

Requirements - NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.<br />- City &amp; Guilds 2391 Inspection &amp; Testing qualification is essential.<br />- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.<br />- Previous experience within commercial building maintenance.<br />- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.<br />- Full UK driving licence.
