As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Salesforce Apex Development and Salesforce Lightning, you will lead the technical team, provide development guidance, and ensure the successful implementation and customization of Salesforce applications. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Framework.
• Customize Salesforce applications to meet business and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and ensure code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex Development and Salesforce Lightning Framework.

Seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/OmniStudio) to build scalable, secure, and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce Industries (OmniStudio) components including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Design and develop Apex classes, triggers, and controllers.
• Build reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Support deployments, integrations, and production issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / OmniStudio).
