• Specialist in Internal Medicine or Gastroenterology with a focus on Gastroenterology.

• Empathy and sensitivity in patient interactions, particularly with sensitive diagnoses and screening.
• Familiarity with medical equipment and digital documentation systems, such as endoscopy systems.
• Experience in leading and mentoring medical personnel (e.g., MFAs, endoscopy assistants).
