AWS Forward Deployed Engineer

Introduction

Royal Cyber is looking for strong AWS-focused Forward Deployed Engineers who can work directly with enterprise customers to turn ambiguous business problems into working, production-ready AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Operate at the intersection of customer discovery, architecture, rapid prototyping, and hands-on delivery
• Build GenAI / Agentic AI solutions, including RAG, multi-agent workflows, tool calling, and enterprise AI assistants
• Utilize AWS services such as Python, FastAPI, APIs, microservices, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, EKS/ECS
• Work with Bedrock Agents / AgentCore, SageMaker, Step Functions, EventBridge, and AWS-native AI services
• Move quickly from discovery to prototype to demo to production
• Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand requirements, challenge assumptions, and shape technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and integrate across enterprise applications, data platforms, APIs, and cloud services
• Implement LLMOps/MLOps practices for evaluation, guardrails, observability, security, and AI governance
• Communicate effectively in a customer-facing engineering role
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Amazon Bedrock
• Experience building GenAI / Agentic AI solutions
• Strong Python, FastAPI, APIs, microservices, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, EKS/ECS experience
• Exposure to Bedrock Agents / AgentCore, SageMaker, Step Functions, EventBridge, and AWS-native AI services
• Experience with LLMOps/MLOps, evaluation, guardrails, observability, security, and AI governance
• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in ambiguous situations and iterate rapidly based on feedback
