  • Supporting hiring managers with application screening, candidate shortlisting and recruitment tracking.
  • Acting as a professional point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Carrying out pre-employment checks, including references, right-to-work verification, DBS checks and other screening requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and updating the HRIS and ATS.
  • Processing employee lifecycle changes, including new starters, promotions, salary changes and leavers.

  • High levels of accuracy when working with data, records and documentation.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • An understanding of recruitment processes, right-to-work requirements, GDPR and HR best practice.
  • CIPD Level 3, or working towards it, would be advantageous but not a necessity.

Personal Attributes

  • Highly organised and detail focused.
  • Conscientious and committed to high standards.
  • Professional, discreet and trustworthy.
  • Proactive and able to use initiative.
  • Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities.
