Java & React Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Java & React Full Stack Developer to join our onsite development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using Java/Spring Boot on the backend and React.js on the frontend.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience, good understanding of full-stack application architecture, and the ability to work closely with business, technical, and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities
•    Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js. 
•    Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs and microservices. 
•    Build responsive and reusable UI components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 
•    Integrate React applications with backend APIs and third-party services. 
•    Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices. 
•    Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities. 
•    Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance problems, and production defects. 
•    Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to other team members. 
•    Work closely with onsite business stakeholders and offshore development teams. 
•    Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. 
•    Develop unit and integration tests and ensure good code quality and coverage. 
•    Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps activities where required. 
Required Technical Skills
Backend – Java
•    Strong experience with Core Java, Java 8/11/17+. 
•    Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Framework. 
•    Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices. 
•    Good knowledge of Spring Security, authentication, and authorization. 
•    Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. 
•    Experience with JPA/Hibernate. 
•    Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. 
Frontend – React
•    Strong hands-on experience with React.js. 
•    Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. 
•    Experience with React Hooks, component-based architecture, and state management. 
•    Experience with Redux or similar state-management frameworks. 
•    Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs. 
•    Understanding of responsive web design and frontend performance optimization. 
Additional Skills
•    Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket. 
•    Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred. 
•    Knowledge of AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform is an advantage. 
•    Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. 
•    Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies is a plus. 
•    Good understanding of Agile development methodologies. 
•    Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 
Onsite Requirements
•    Candidate should be comfortable working onsite at the client location. 
•    Ability to collaborate effectively with onsite stakeholders and offshore teams. 
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. 
•    Candidate may be required to participate in meetings across different time zones based on project requirements.
