Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Mainframe development experience.
• Strong experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, and IMS.
• Experience with TSO/ISPF, Endevor/Changeman, and batch processing.
• Knowledge of production support, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support Mainframe applications.
• Analyze requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
