The Role

• Provide individual and activating social support to residents.
• Prepare and conduct individual and group activities with residents.
• Assist residents with daily living.
• Implement care documentation and planning.
• Maintain close contact with residents, relatives, and physicians.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are followed.
• Contribute to the professional guidance and development of care support staff, trainees, and interns.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly or health and nursing care.
• Additional qualification as a Gerontopsychiatric Specialist.
• Enjoyment of working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Empathy and a sense of responsibility.
