Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Patientenmanagement | Chieming, Germany | Hybrid We're hiring for a leading national healthcare provider, distinguished as the largest family-run hospital group in Germany. With a network of 17 clinics and numerous outpatient facilities, we are dedicated to fostering patient recovery and well-being through a supportive and innovative environment. Join our central administration team in Rosenheim, where approximately 300 colleagues manage non-medical operations, ensuring seamless care for our patients. The Role • Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes. • Manage the billing of inpatient hospital services according to DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation guidelines. • Provide support to decentralized patient management areas across the organization, fostering collaboration. • Contribute to the smooth functioning of administrative operations within a large healthcare network. What You'll Need • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification. • Ideally, experience with hospital information systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP. • Preferably, prior experience in inpatient billing. • High level of commitment, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience. • Proactive, structured work approach with the ability to maintain an overview in demanding situations. • Professional and service-oriented communication skills.
