The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of the mechanical and process design of complex energy projects, producing high-quality engineering solutions from initial concept through to installation and commissioning.
Working alongside experienced project teams, you'll be involved in:
- Mechanical system design
- Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
- Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Pipe sizing and pump calculations
- Ventilation system design
- Technical specifications and design documentation
- CAD design coordination
- Supplier and client liaison
- Site surveys and technical support
- Supporting safe, cost-effective project delivery
This is a varied role offering genuine engineering responsibility and the opportunity to work on projects that are helping businesses reduce emissions while improving energy efficiency.
We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with Mechanical Engineers who have experience within one or more of the following:
- CHP / Combined Heat & Power
- Power Generation
- Process Engineering
- Energy Projects
- Industrial Plant
- Utilities
- Mechanical Building Services
- Oil & Gas
- Renewable Energy
You'll ideally have:
- HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years' experience delivering engineering projects
- Experience with pipework and ventilation design
- Knowledge of CDM and Health & Safety
- AutoCAD 3D (or similar CAD package)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
Working Hours
Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am-4:00pm
