Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant

Introduction:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle PPM Cloud Functional Consultant with 12+ years of Oracle ERP experience and deep expertise in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing Oracle PPM Cloud, Oracle EBS Projects, Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants Management, and integrations with Oracle ERP modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, configure Oracle PPM Cloud, and support end-to-end implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle PPM Cloud implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
• Gather business requirements and conduct discovery/workshop sessions.
• Design functional solutions and prepare Functional Design Specifications (FDS/FSD).
• Configure Oracle PPM Cloud modules including:
  • Project Foundation
  • Project Costing
  • Project Billing
  • Project Contracts
  • Project Financial Management
  • Grants Management
• Configure Project Types, Templates, Burden Structures, Allocation Rules, Auto Accounting, Transaction Controls, and Budgetary Controls.
• Perform Oracle EBS to Oracle PPM Cloud migration and data conversion using FBDI templates.
• Develop OTBI reports and BI Publisher reports.
• Design and support integrations with:
  • Oracle Procurement
  • Payables
  • General Ledger
  • Fixed Assets
  • Payroll
  • Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
• Work with technical teams on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and Hypercare activities.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot Oracle PPM issues.
• Mentor offshore teams and coordinate project delivery.

Requirements:

Required Experience:

• 12+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience.
• 6+ years of Oracle PPM Cloud implementation experience.
• Strong Oracle EBS Projects (R12/11i) experience.
• Experience leading full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
