Electrical Project Manager Regional London<br />£60,000 - £70,000 + Package Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to join a well-established M&amp;E contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work?

We're working with a highly respected building services contractor that continues to grow across London and the South East. Due to continued project wins, they are looking to appoint an Electrical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple commercial projects across the region.

The Role As Electrical Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for managing electrical installations from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Projects are predominantly within the education, healthcare and retail sectors, ranging from refurbishment works through to new-build developments.

Responsibilities Managing electrical projects from inception to handover.<br />Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.<br />Managing project programmes, budgets and procurement.<br />Attending client and design team meetings.<br />Ensuring all works are completed to the highest quality and safety standards.<br />Monitoring progress and producing regular project reports.<br />Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.<br />Supporting commercial teams with project variations and cost control.

Requirements Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&amp;E or Building Services sector.<br />Strong background delivering commercial projects.<br />Experience working on education, healthcare and/or retail schemes would be highly advantageous.<br />Excellent communication and organisational skills.<br />Commercial awareness with the ability to manage project costs.<br />SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications are desirable.<br />Full UK Driving Licence.
