The Role • Perform non-destructive testing on bearing components using techniques such as eddy current, fluorescent penetrant, magnetic particle, and surface temper etch. • Test and analyze chemical solutions used in NDT processes. • Calibrate and maintain calibration logs for NDT equipment. • Interpret router and engineering print instructions, and adhere to NDT specification requirements. • Evaluate components based on specified acceptance criteria. • Record all test results and component evaluations in logs and on routers. What You'll Need • High School Diploma or GED required. • Basic mathematical and mechanical aptitude. • Level II NDT certification. • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently. • Ability to follow written work instructions and procedures meticulously. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, acceptance criteria, and engineering drawings.
