Project Manager – Refurbishment Projects<br />Office based role in Dartford<br />A specialist construction contractor is seeking a Project Manager to deliver multiple healthcare and hospital projects taking responsibility from handover through to completion, commissioning and defects.<br />Key

Requirements:

Any refurbishment (retail/schools) or actual Healthcare/hospital project experience and previous Design &amp; Build experience are highly desirable.<br />Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects to programme, budget, quality and H&amp;S standards.
• Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors, designers, clients and clinical teams.
• Produce and manage programmes, RAMS, CPPs, RFIs, technical submissions and drawing trackers.
• Lead design and client meetings, recording actions and driving progress.
• Monitor costs, procurement, variations and provisional sums with the commercial team.
• Identify and manage project risks, delays and EOTs.
• Oversee commissioning, O&amp;M information and final handover.
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress reports.
• Travel nationwide to sites as required.
• Ensure appropriate MRI/ferromagnetic safety procedures are followed on relevant projects.<br />Candidate Requirements
• Proven construction Project Management experience.
• Previous Design &amp; Build experience.
• Trade/site-based construction experience.
• SMSTS qualified.
• Strong RAMS and programme management experience.
• Asta Powerproject experience.
• Good understanding of M&amp;E and commercial processes.
• Asbestos Awareness and Working at Height training.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Degree/NVQ Level 7 or equivalent experience preferred.
• DBS clearance may be required
