The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during stressful situations.
• Handle a variety of tasks including flat batteries, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
• Start and end your day from home, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week.
• Benefit from optional overtime available to enhance earning potential.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• A strong customer-focused approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet.
• A proactive problem-solver and ambassador for the service.
