Registered Nurse Behavioral Health

• Location: Hoffman Estates, IL
• Facility: Ascension Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital
• Department: Adult Psychiatric Nursing Unit
• Schedule: Night shift | Full-time | 3x12s | Every other weekend and holiday commitment.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and deliver direct nursing care to guide patients through individualized treatment journeys.
• Design, implement and adapt personalized care plans that align with multidisciplinary clinical goals and evolving patient needs.
• Partner with interdisciplinary care teams in case conferences to refine treatment objectives and ensure seamless, coordinated care.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and clinical interventions, continuously evaluating patient progress to drive positive health outcomes.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
