Physical Therapist (PT) | Full-Time | Outpatient | 116 Meridian Way Suite 9 Richmond, KY 40475

Join H2 Health as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Richmond, Kentucky. We’re welcoming Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN candidates, including new graduates.

Our Full-Time outpatient clinicians at H2 Health generally target approximately 10–12 patient visits per day, with strong administrative support and access to Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to help reduce documentation burden.

At H2 Health – Richmond, you’ll work with a diverse outpatient population and help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and confidence through individualized, evidence-based care.

Your Role

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual interventions, and functional training
  • Help patients progress toward mobility, strength, and functional goals
  • Educate patients on movement, recovery, and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with clinicians and support staff
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
  • Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CPR certification, where applicable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
