Role: Lead Investment Compliance BSA - W2 Role

Location: Hybrid onsite in Boston, F2F interview

Contract: 12 month initial contract- *Candidates required in Boston for laptop pick up and hybrid onsite schedule

*IMMEDIATE OPENING- This Manager is ONLY accepting local resources that can interview F2F; they will need to come pickup the laptop in Boston and start working 3 days a week onsite day 1.

Key Skills:   Charles River/ OMS, Eagle, BSA, Fixed Income

Required skills:

• 8+ years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally supporting buy-side technology.
• Preferably having a strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Investment compliance project experience with projects including: contract creation, negotiation, contract approval workflows, contract execution, contract renewal and termination
• Solid grasp of Legal terminology, contract structures, contract metadata management and document repositories
• Familiarity with platforms such as iCertis, DocuSign CLM, Luminance
• Trading and investment exposure ideally with a background in Investment Compliance.
• Intermediate skills level in PL SQL and/or Python.
• Strong adoption of Gen AI and experience in the AI-based software development life cycle.
• Experience with understanding systems architecture, configuration, data mapping,  API and system integration knowledge
• Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience in a business or technology related field.
