The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers in collaboration with team members.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, presenting merchandise attractively, baking, and operating modern check-out systems, including self-checkout.
• Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake warehouse duties, cleaning, and inventory tasks.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a related field, with prior leadership experience (e.g., shift lead) being a plus.
• A strong team player with a high sense of responsibility, who enjoys energizing and motivating others.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as agreed upon with management.
