We are seeking a highly experienced Principal GenAI Engineer with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have long-term project experience (preferably 2 5+ years on key projects instead of multiple short-term engagements) and a stable work history with well-established product companies, Fortune 500 organizations, or leading technology firms.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI and LLM-powered applications.
• Strong experience designing and deploying production-grade AI systems.
• Demonstrated experience working on long-term enterprise AI initiatives.
