The Role • Manage the complete order-to-invoice process for business customers. • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments, handling inquiries and providing after-sales support via phone and email. • Oversee and manage customer backlog, including responding to changes and resolving related alerts. • Drive on-time delivery performance in close cooperation with Sales, Assets, and Logistics departments to meet customer and company objectives. • Proactively ensure customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency. What You'll Need • German at a minimum C1 level and English at a minimum B2 level (both spoken and written). • Proficiency in MS Office, with Excel skills being a plus. • Prior experience in customer service, order management, or sales. • Strong accountability, communication, and coordination skills. • A customer-oriented attitude and a proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
