The Role

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 7-12 door-to-door field marketers.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 1 year of experience in canvassing, political organizing, door-to-door sales, or community outreach.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of 7-12 individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience using iPads and digital tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Flexible availability for midday, evening, and weekend work.
