The Role • Assemble complex systems and components according to technical drawings, work plans, and bills of materials. • Document and record measurement data and order confirmations. • Perform in-house assembly of equipment, including all parts and sub-assemblies, ensuring quality standards are met. • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of assembly processes. What You'll Need • A completed apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic, Construction Mechanic, Locksmith, Metalworker, Precision Mechanic, or a comparable qualification. • Ability to read technical drawings. • Valid crane and forklift operator licenses. • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system. • Strong technical understanding, manual dexterity, and a team-oriented approach.
