Databricks Genie Specialist - San Jose, CA - (JK)

We are seeking a Databricks Genie Specialist focused on building agentic AI workflows, enterprise copilots, and automated business processes. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver next‑generation AI automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Genie agents for workflow automation, copilots, and enterprise tasks.

• Design agentic AI architectures using Databricks Workflows, Delta Lake, and Genie pipelines.

• Implement retrieval pipelines, context orchestration, and multi‑agent systems.

• Integrate Genie agents with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, SaaS tools). Should have Agent development to Production experience.

• Optimize agent performance, reliability, and safety.

• Build monitoring dashboards for agent behavior, drift, and performance.

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high‑quality data inputs.

• Work with product teams to design user‑facing AI experiences.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years in data engineering, ML engineering, or AI automation

• Must have hands‑on project experience with Databricks Genie, agentic AI, LLM orchestration

• Strong knowledge of Spark, Delta Lake, Python, SQL

• Experience building workflow automation or enterprise copilots

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LangChain agents, Mosaic AI, or LlamaIndex

• Background in enterprise automation or RPA

• Experience integrating AI with SaaS platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
