SAP Retail OCM Lead
Location: Remote (EST/CST preferred)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Retail Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support an ongoing SAP Retail merchandising implementation.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Hands-on OCM experience with SAP Retail merchandising implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of assortment, pricing, replenishment, article master, and site master processes.
  • Experience leading multiple end-to-end ERP implementation cycles.
  • Expertise in change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, training, communications, and business readiness.
  • Ability to quickly take ownership of OCM deliverables in an active implementation.

Note: Retail industry experience alone is insufficient. Candidates must have direct experience leading change management for SAP Retail merchandising functionality.

Preferred: Immediate availability and EST/CST time zone.
