We are seeking dedicated Special Education Needs Tutors and Teachers to join a leading organization committed to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to students with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, developing and delivering trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report on lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with schools and local authorities to raise the standard of education for vulnerable young people.
• Contribute to a child-centered approach for reimagining support for young people with diverse learning difficulties.

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Familiarity with teaching core subjects: English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and 2 professional references.
• UK residency with the right to work in the UK.
• Knowledge of safeguarding best practices and creating a safe learning environment.
