Senior Recruiting Operations Project Manager

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives supporting our national recruiting operations. In this role, you will own project lifecycles from discovery through implementation, driving timelines, scope, and quality while aligning recruiters, leadership, and clients. You will build project plans, manage risk, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring strong professional services or consulting experience, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable project solutions in a growth-focused, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional projects supporting recruiting operations and client delivery
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business and client goals
• Coordinate and align stakeholders across recruiting, sales, leadership, and operations to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and proactively adjust plans to stay on time and on budget
• Develop and maintain clear project documentation, status reports, and communication plans
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability of recruiting projects
• Leverage data and KPIs to track outcomes, inform decisions, and communicate results to leadership
• Facilitate effective meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions with internal teams and external partners
