Position Overview

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Swift Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend and full-stack applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in server-side Swift, modern frontend frameworks, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Swift
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
• Build and maintain frontend applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions
• Manage database design, optimization, and integration
• Implement authentication, authorization, and API security best practices
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
• Ensure code quality through version control and collaborative development workflows

Required Qualifications

<>Swift Development (7+ Years)

• Strong experience with Swift for server-side development
• Proficiency in Swift Package Manager and dependency management
• Experience with Swift concurrency (async/await) and error handling
• Backend development experience with Swift (preferred)

<>Web Frameworks (2+ Years)

• Experience with frameworks such as Express.js, Django, Rails, or similar
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
• Experience with routing, middleware, and request/response handling

<>Frontend Development (2+ Years)

• Experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Ability to build admin dashboards or management interfaces
• Knowledge of state management and API integration

<>Database & Infrastructure (4+ Years)

• Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server preferred)
• Strong understanding of database design and query optimization
• Experience with ORM/query builders (e.g., Prisma, Sequelize)
• Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools (e.g., Docker)

<>DevOps & Engineering Practices (4+ Years)

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization (JWT, sessions)
• Experience with API documentation tools (OpenAPI/Swagger)
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Exposure to automated testing and deployment pipelines

<>Swift Vapor (1+ Year)

• Experience developing applications using the Vapor framework (or similar)
• Knowledge of routing, controllers, and middleware in Vapor
• Experience with Leaf templating, Fluent ORM, and migrations
• Familiarity with authentication, validation, and error handling in Vapor
• Experience with environment configuration, logging, and deployment
