MFA / Medical Assistant | Eckernförde, Germany | On-site

The Role

  • Assist with diagnostic tests and patient treatments to ensure optimal medical care.
  • Manage and coordinate appointment schedules with various departments and external partners.
  • Prepare and maintain patient records for consultations, interventions, diagnostics, and surgeries, ensuring structured documentation.
  • Perform blood draws and ensure comprehensive documentation and preparation of medical reports.
  • Coordinate patient discharge by facilitating communication between medical staff, patients, and their families.
  • Support clinical patient care in both nursing and medically delegated tasks.

What You'll Need

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent qualification, with clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong team player with excellent organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Empathetic and service-oriented approach when interacting with patients.
  • Clear and open communication skills with physicians, nursing teams, and other departments.
  • Proficiency in standard IT systems, including hospital information systems (KIS).
