The Role • Serve as the primary point of contact for future residents and their families, conveying the organization’s vision and vibrant community spirit. • Educate the community on the services and value offered, building strong relationships with seniors and families seeking independent living, assisted living, or memory care. • Guide prospects through the often complex and emotional process of transitioning into senior living. • Engage in all aspects of community marketing, including networking, sales, advertising, public relations, and community events. • Cultivate strong relationships with local healthcare providers and community stakeholders. • Ensure resident and family expectations are met or exceeded, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field. • Proven experience in healthcare or senior living sales. • Demonstrated ability in community outreach, lead generation, and sales conversion. • Strong skills in organizing and managing multiple priorities effectively. • A deep customer orientation and passion for serving older adults. • Exceptional communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
