The Opportunity Joining at an exciting stage of growth, you'll play a key role in helping the business identify, assess and capitalise on strategic opportunities that support its long-term expansion plans. You'll be involved in a broad range of commercial and strategic initiatives, including:

• Identifying and evaluating business growth opportunities.
• Researching markets, sectors and potential acquisition targets.
• Building relationships with business owners, advisers and key stakeholders.
• Analysing business performance, commercial opportunities and investment cases.
• Supporting negotiations and helping drive opportunities through the full transaction lifecycle.
• Coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution and completion of strategic transactions.
• Producing insightful analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Preparing presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Supporting the transition and onboarding of completed acquisitions into the wider business.
• Supporting strategic projects that contribute to both acquisitive and organic growth.

About You:We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience within:

• Corporate Finance
• Transaction Services
• M&A Advisory
• Corporate Development
• Private Equity
• Investment Banking

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience supporting or leading live transactions.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent commercial awareness.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
