Job Description
KRG are exclusively partnering with a leading independent digital marketing agency to appoint an Account Manager into their growing client team.
This is a genuinely client-facing role for someone who enjoys being more than an account handler. You'll become a trusted partner to your clients, getting under the skin of their objectives, shaping ideas and working closely with creative, content, strategy and digital teams to deliver campaigns that make an impact.
The agency works with leading businesses across the built environment, helping brands turn complex products and ideas into engaging content, digital campaigns and creative communications.
The Opportunity

You'll be involved in:
- Building strong, long-term client relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact.
- Leading client meetings, presentations, reviews and regular updates.
- Taking briefs and turning them into clear, actionable plans for internal creative, content, strategy and digital teams.
- Managing campaigns from initial concept through to delivery, keeping a close eye on budgets, timelines and resources.
- Developing ideas and proactively identifying opportunities to grow accounts, introduce new channels or improve campaign performance.
- Working on content-led campaigns across social, digital, creative and communications.
- Helping shape creative output across everything from written content and static imagery to video and animation.
- Defining KPIs, monitoring performance and bringing insights and optimisation ideas back to clients.
- Getting involved in new business and pitching where appropriate, including media pitching and proposal development.
- Working collaboratively across the wider agency in a relatively flat, ideas-led environment.
What we're looking for:
- Previous agency experience working on B2B clients who are using the agency for content/ organic services.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Confidence presenting, leading meetings and putting forward ideas.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach to account growth.
- Strong writing, editing or content experience.
- The ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects without losing attention to detail.
- An interest in, or understanding of, the built environment/construction sector is advantageous.
What's on offer?
- Hybrid working - 3 days in the office / 2 days from home.
- 28 days' holiday + your birthday off.
- Access to gym facilities and regular classes at the office alongside an on-site bar!
- 1,000 annual training budget.
- Annual Christmas trip and regular team socials.
- Private health insurance after one year.
- Genuine opportunity to develop within a fast-moving, ambitious and supportive agency.
