Position: Product Manager
Location: 4-day onsite in Irvine, CA
Terms: Direct-hire
Compensation: Up to $125,000 plus annual bonus

We're seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, growth, and lifecycle management of key product lines across OEM, OES, and aftermarket channels. This role will drive product performance from concept through launch, optimization, and phase-out while partnering closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap development, and portfolio management.


• Identify new product opportunities, line extensions, and SKU rationalization initiatives.


• Manage product line revenue, margins, pricing strategies, and profitability.


• Lead cross-functional new product development efforts and successful product launches.


• Serve as the product expert for sales teams and support key customer opportunities.


• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.


• Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, and purchasing teams to ensure product availability and lifecycle management.


• Develop compelling product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.


• 5-10+ years of product management experience, preferably within manufacturing, transportation, or heavy-duty aftermarket industries.


• Strong understanding of OEM and aftermarket distribution channels.


• Proven experience with pricing, margin management, forecasting, and ROI analysis.


• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate across engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams.
