The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs for a range of light vehicles.
• Manage stock, conduct reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company positively and provide advice to customers.
• Work independently and make informed decisions for each customer's needs.
• Adapt to a different challenge and customer interaction each day.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a diverse range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve effectively.
