Business Analyst (Public Sector / CBAP Certification)

Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate long-term need for Business Analyst in Menands, NY.

Description:
Gather and analyze requirements, create diagrams, create user stories, create test cases.

Mandatory Qualifications:
? Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.
? Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

? Bachelor level or higher education (provide transcript)
? CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent BA credential/education (Provide valid current certificate)
? 84 months of experience in requirements planning and management, elicitation, analysis, and communication
? 84 months of experience assisting in the translation of business requirements into design specifications
? 84 months of experience identifying and documenting existing business processes, creating various data and behavior models, process/flow models, and usage models to provide direction to application developers
? 84 months experience with internal and external stakeholder communications and outreach, including the development of presentations and other materials that promote the rethinking of core business processes and envisioning of a reengineered environment
? 12 months experience working on projects for the public sector/government (Answers to this question must specify entity and time served to qualify)
? 36 months experience with Grants Management systems (Must specify which systems)
