A leading global organisation specialising in the manufacture and supply of high-quality specialist products and technical solutions to professional and industrial customers worldwide

Main duties: Be responsible for managing customer enquiries ensuring a high level of service across an international customer base.

The role:

- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email providing a professional and helpful service.

- Process customer orders, credits and invoices accurately

- Coordinate deliveries and liaise with relevant teams to ensure orders and services are completed on time.

- Manage customer accounts and outstanding payments

- Resolve customer issues and queries, escalating to the appropriate departments when required.

- Build strong relationships with customers, franchisees, suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth processes

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and customer service

The candidate:

- Fluent in Dutch ( written and spoken ) essential

- Experience in a customer service or an administration role

- Excellent communication s skills with the ability to build good relationships

- Organised, confident with the ability to prioritise

- Confident in using Microsoft Office

The salary: up to £31,000pa plus benefits
