The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Perform a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage vehicle stock, conduct reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Operate independently, making informed decisions for customer service and repairs.
• Represent the brand with pride, embodying the company's values during customer interactions.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle diverse daily challenges.
