Account Manager

Marshall and Sterling Inc is seeking an Account Manager to service and grow commercial lines accounts. In this client-facing role, you'll manage renewals, market placements, endorsements, and policy reviews while ensuring outstanding service to business clients. You will analyze risk exposures, prepare proposals, coordinate with carriers, and resolve coverage or billing issues. Working with a collaborative, community-focused team, you'll support producers, mentor clients on coverage options, and contribute to retention and growth goals in a supportive, development-oriented environment.
