We're working with a well-established M&E contractor that's continuing to grow across South Wales.

They're looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to help deliver a varied portfolio of primarily mechanical building services projects, typically ranging from £250k-£1m, across healthcare, council, education and public sector environments.

The role offers a good mix of office, site and home working, with projects predominantly based across South Wales.

You'll be responsible for:

• Delivering building services projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Managing programmes, subcontractors and project delivery.
• Building strong client relationships.
• Managing costs, variations and project performance.
• Working closely with site, commercial and design teams.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience delivering Mechanical Building Services projects.
• A background as a Mechanical Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Good commercial awareness and strong organisational skills.
• The ability to build lasting client relationships and manage multiple projects.
