Infrastructure Lead/Architect Digital Workplace & Windows 11 Migration

• 12+ years of experience in Infrastructure Quality Engineering, Infrastructure Testing, or Digital Workplace Transformation with strong expertise in Windows 11 migration, desktop/laptop infrastructure, imaging, and endpoint modernization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Azure/AWS Hybrid Cloud, and Digital Workplace technologies including EUC, VDI, and endpoint management.
• Strong automation and scripting skills using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, along with DevOps/CI-CD, Selenium, Playwright, API automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience designing and implementing quality engineering frameworks for infrastructure provisioning, workplace migrations, application compatibility, performance/resiliency testing, and user experience monitoring.
• Knowledge of ITIL, observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Azure Monitor), and experience driving enterprise-scale Digital Workplace transformation initiatives with AI-enabled testing and quality engineering solutions.
