Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot application incidents, and resolve production issues within defined service levels.
2. Develop, maintain, debug, and enhance Java and Angular-based enterprise applications.
3. Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and change activities in accordance with ITSM processes using ServiceNow.
4. Collaborate with clients, developers, and cross-functional teams to analyze issues, implement solutions, and maintain application quality.
   
   Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	6–9+ years of experience in full-stack Java and Angular development, application support, ITSM processes, and ServiceNow.
Technical Skills	Java, Angular, ServiceNow, ITSM, REST APIs, Application Troubleshooting, Unit Testing, Production Support
Business / Domain Skills	L2 Application Support, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Client Support, Service Delivery
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting enterprise applications in a Level 2 production support environment.
2. Strong understanding of ITSM practices and experience managing incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
3. Excellent client communication skills with the ability to provide technical support during US business hours.
