Business Analyst - SC Cleared

I am recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to work on a hybrid basis - 2 days in Reading, 3 days remote.

ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE is essential.

You will be responsible for investigating operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes as they pertain to ITSM and the wider organisation.

You will also oversee ITSM requirements engineering from elicitation through to ongoing active management.

You must have strong Business Analysis experience including knowledge of Requirements Engineering framework.

Agile methodologies is essential.

You must also have experience of User story creation and validation and knowledge capture.

User Centred Design thinking and techniques expertise is also essential.

ITSM knowledge & Service Operations experience is preferred.
